Election day! Inspiring images of these two women on the doors. Went to vote today and encountered beautiful depictions of international role model Malala Yousafzai and Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, who grew up in Florida like me! Now Justice Jackson inspires children in New York every day and proves that they can be anything they want.
Our elders could not easily vote. When I vote, I think of those who came before us just as when they finally could vote, they thought of us in the future.
