1)   Where can I buy Pat Collins SkinSolutions® products?

Pat Collins SkinSolutions® made its debut at Jovi’s Beauty Supply in Nassau, Bahamas and Kings Pharmacy, 300 Seventh Avenue in Brooklyn, New York and we are so happy that these two stores loved our products so much! You may also purchase on our shopping page on this website. Keep checking this website, and our social media under the @PatSkinSmarts (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram) for new store locations. Subscribe to our newsletter!

2)  What is the method of payment for products purchased online through this website?

Currently purchases cannot be made through this website, but in the future, our site will use PayPal; you would use any form of payment accepted by PayPal via your PayPal account or as a PayPal guest.

3)  I purchased your products online. How long will it take to arrive?

Products are currently not available for purchase through our website, but if they were purchased through our website, it would ship 2–3 days of ordering. We would use the US Postal Service for all shipping. Questions? Contact us at info@patcollins-skinsmart.com. If you purchased our products from another (third party) website/online retail partner, please check with their customer service as to their shipping policies.

4)   Do you charge sales tax?

For items purchased online through our website, we must charge sales tax for orders shipped to New York addresses. Check with the retail stores and the other online third-party retail partners as to their sale tax policies.

5)  How do I change or cancel my order?

All sales through our website are final. For purchases made at retail stores or from other online retail partners, please check with those parties for their return/exchange policy. Questions about the Shipping, Sales, and Returns of Products purchased through this website should be sent to info@patcollins-skinsmart.com.

6)  What is your Refund/Return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of Products purchased through this website. For purchases made at retail stores or from online retail partners, please check with those parties for their return/exchange policy. Damaged or defective products purchased from this website may be returned after contacting info@patcollins-skinsmart.com within 7 days of receipt of Product. Be prepared to provide photo images of the damaged or defective product as it may be requested. Customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Questions about the Shipping, Sales, and Returns should be sent to info@patcollins-skinsmart.com.

7)  Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship our products internationally.

8)  Why was one of your products was discontinued?

We reserve the right to discontinue sales of a product for any reason including difficulty in obtaining key ingredients in our formulas; changes in quality control or recall; in response to sales patterns throughout the country. We will do our best to suggest a substitution of one of our existing products or introduce a new product that fulfills our customers’ skin concerns.

9)  Can men use your products?

Absolutely! Men have skin care concerns and should adopt a facial care regimen. They will find Pat Collins SkinSolutions® as effective yet gentle as our female customers!

10)  What is my skin type?

The skin on our faces has characteristics and reactions to air, water, moisturizers and other products that will reveal our skin’s personality, or type of complexion: dry, normal, oily, combination, sensitive. Check out our page, “What is My Skin Type” to determine yours.

11)  I think I have experienced a reaction to one of your products. What should I do?

If you suspect an allergic reaction or irritation to any product, immediately discontinue use and contact your physician. Provide your physician with the ingredients and directions of use. Your physician will want to know your skincare regimen as well as take note of the simultaneous use of products from different companies and determine substances and/or detergent residue on towels or any tool used at the same time, recent overexposure to the sun, medication history and existing skin conditions or illness. There are many reasons why someone develops a reaction, and it may have been a coincidence that you used our product at the time. IMPORTANT: Always consult a qualified professional or physician in regard to specific concerns, questions or diagnoses. Your continued use of our — or any – products is solely at your own risk.
