Payment information is encrypted by PayPal. For more information, please review the Privacy Policy on PayPal.com. New York sales tax must be collected for items shipped to New York addresses.

Prices for the Products are subject to change without notice. Products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Products without notice at any time. Products may have limited quantities and we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products. Any new features or tools which are added to the store shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, PayPal account, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information that you provided when placing the order. Products purchased through this website will be shipped 2 to 3 days after the date of purchase. All shipping from this website is through the US Postal Service. Shipping expenses are paid by the purchaser.

Products are not available for purchase through this website, but when purchasing is enabled, products can only be billed or shipped to destinations within the United States. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. If in the special rare instance, an international purchase is permitted, any packages being shipped out of the U.S. may be subject to duties, taxes, and surcharges imposed by your government. VP Global Beauty LLC is not liable for any of these charges. You have the sole responsibility to determine whether your purchase of VP Global Beauty LLC products are subject to any duties, taxes, and surcharges and you have full responsibility to pay for these additional charges if any, and VP Global Beauty LLC has no obligation to pay such additional charges. Any imports refused by an international customer will not be refunded by VP Global Beauty LLC.  You agree that the purchase of any products by you, as a non-resident of the United States, will be for your own personal use only and not for further resale or distribution in any manner.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of Products purchased through this website. For purchases made at retail stores or from online retail partners, please check with those parties for their return/exchange policy. Damaged or defective products purchased from this website may be returned after contacting info@patcollins-skinsmart.com. within 7 days of receipt of Product. Be prepared to provide photo images of the damaged or defective product as it may be requested. Customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
