MANIC PANIC: Bring on the colors that rock your hair! Manic Panic has “Dye Hard” temporary color tinted styling gel, so you can go extreme without commitment. For fun: colors that are seen in black light and inspired by Jem & the Holograms; the semi-permanent color, best used with the “Flash Lightning” bleaching products; “High Voltage” beautiful intense colors that can be mixed with the “Pastel-izer” for lighter, pastel shades. Tish and Snooky were backup singers for Blondie when they started their company on 7/7/77 (!) and by the 90’s had gained a high level of respect beyond the East Village New York punk/new wave scene.
